Atlantic National is excited to announce we have begun the first phase of the Maples Course Renovation, and have included a brief update about progress so far from our Golf Course Architect, Kris Spence. With construction off to a fast start, Spence Golf has mobilized a task force to include a dozen workers and many pieces of heavy machinery. Due to safety considerations, we urge residents to stay clear of all Fairways, Greens, and Golf Cart Paths associated with the Maples Course. This will no longer be accessible to residents for public use. The Palmer Golf Course will still be open for a walking/jogging path.

Atlantic National is happy to announce our first onsite worker, Dave Marchel, Part-time Maintenance Groundskeeper. Dave is a current resident of Woodlake and will be the groundskeeper overseeing all golf course maintenance and upkeep. He has many years experience working in this industry and brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise to Woodlake. After 30 years of service as a Municipal Arborist in the Milwaukee area, he retired in 2016 and moved to Woodlake. Since then, he has been working in Golf Course Maintenance. “I am proud to be part of the team that is bringing Woodlake BACK TO LIFE!” If you see Dave around Woodlake, please give him a friendly wave!
There will be no change to current landscape and POA handled landcaping contracts.
